RULES OF THE 2020 FACEBOOK CONTEST
Article 1: Purpose
KAZABWA (Habitation Côte sous le vent) is a simplified joint stock company with a capital of €5,000, whose registered office is located at Petite Plaine 97116 Pointe-Noire, registered under the number RCS 795 092 881 (hereinafter "the Organizing Company") is organizing a free contest on Facebook in Guadeloupe, with no obligation to purchase, under the conditions set out in these rules.
The draw is scheduled for the end of August, and the contest runs from July 15 to midnight Guadeloupe time on August 14, 2020.
The winner will receive the following prize: 1 round-trip ticket to Paris from Guadeloupe.
This game is not managed or sponsored by Facebook, and the organizing company discharges them of all responsibility.
Article 2: Conditions of participation
These games are open to all individuals, over 13 years of age, residing in France in the department of Guadeloupe with an Internet connection, a valid email address, a personal Instagram or Facebook account and logging on the Facebook account Habitation Cote Sous Le Vent https://www.facebook.com/HabitationCSLV with the exception of those having a legal link with Zoo de Guadeloupe Parc des Mamelles, Zoo de Martinique, Zoo de Guyane, Habitation Côte sous le Vent, Jardin de Balata, Jardin de Valombreuse, Zoo de Guyane (members of staff of the company and of the TFP and Latitude Distribution and Latitude Communication groups) (hereinafter "the participant").
Participation in these games implies full acceptance of these rules by the Participant and their application by the Organizing Company.
Article 3: Terms of participation
Each Participant must follow the terms and conditions set out on the contest post on Facebook or Instagram.
Only one entry per person and per household (same surname, same first name, same e-mail address) will be taken into account.
Entries that are incomplete and/or made after the end of the competition will not be taken into account.
It is strictly forbidden to capture e-mails, to register fictitious friends or friends who have no connection with the participant.
Article 4: Designation of winners
The designation will be made by drawing lots at the end of summer 2020 as mentioned on the post by the organizing company under the supervision of a bailiff.
Article 5: Prizes
The winners will receive one of the prizes indicated on the post.
1 The first prize is a round-trip Paris ticket from Guadeloupe Aéroport Pôle Caraïbes valid until March 31, 2021, valued at : €814.00 (including €282.32 in airport taxes).

Travel to be made before March 31, 2021 (excluding school vacation periods)
A winning voucher will be given to you summarizing the terms and conditions and the Corsair department to contact for its use.
2. The second prize is a year's subscription to the park, worth : 9.5€
3. The third prize is an entry ticket to the park, worth : 9.5€
The organizing company reserves the right to replace the prizes and/or the composition of the batch of products initially planned by other prizes of equivalent value, and this without any claim being able to be formulated in this respect.
Under no circumstances may the winners demand monetary compensation, reimbursement or exchange of prizes.
Article 6: Delivery of the prize
The winners will be drawn at random from the list of people meeting the conditions cited in Article 2, at the end of summer 2020 as mentioned on the contest post on the Facebook or Instagram post.
Winners will be contacted by KAZABWA (Habitation Côte sous le vent) teams by private message.
Winners will receive their prizes within one month of the results being announced.
The prizes will be made available to the winners at KAZABWA (Habitation Côte sous le vent) (Petite Plaine 97116 Pointe-Noire) and do not include delivery of the prize.
In the absence of valid contact details, the prize cannot be awarded to the winners.
The organising company reserves the right to consider as invalid any entry with eccentric, partially or totally erroneous content.
The organizing company reserves the right to ask the winners for proof of identity and address in order to confirm the validity of the participant's entry.
No message will be delivered to the losers. Under no circumstances may the prize won be exchanged or taken back for any other article or other prize or for cash.
Article 7: Moderation and publication of comments
Participants undertake to ensure that comments made in the context of the competition comply with the laws and regulations in force.

Consequently, KAZABWA (Habitation Côte sous le vent) cannot be held responsible for any prejudice suffered by the participant in connection with his/her comment.
By validating his or her participation in the competition, each Participant grants a limited license to use, represent, reproduce and distribute this comment on and/or via the KAZABWA (Habitation Côte sous le vent) Facebook account. Each Participant retains all ownership rights to his or her comment and retains the right to use it as he or she sees fit. The license granted to KAZABWA (Habitation Côte sous le vent) in connection with the contest is Worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free. The license in no way confers on KAZABWA (Habitation Côte sous le vent) the right to sell a comment. Similarly, with the exception of the comment recorded by the participant, it is forbidden to copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, produce, display or sell any other comment appearing on or through the KAZABWA (Habitation Côte sous le vent) Facebook account.
Article 8: Protection of personal data
Personal information is processed by KAZABWA (Habitation Côte sous le vent) for the purposes of organizing and managing the game (in particular, participation in the game, designation of winners, awarding of prizes).
Personal information collected in connection with this game is processed in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. In accordance with article 34 of this law, all participants have the right to access, rectify or withdraw data concerning them, by e-mail to: jeu-concours@latitude-co.com
. This information is strictly necessary for the execution of the game in which participants are taking part. In accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, Participants have various rights, including a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition to the processing of their data. Article 9: Modification of the game
The organizing company reserves the right at any time, notably in the event of force majeure, to modify, postpone, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel the competition without prior notice, without being held liable for doing so, or for any difficulties in connection or access to the Internet, whatever the cause.
Participants agree to release the organizing company and its partners, managers and employees from any liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from this draw.
No compensation may be claimed by Participants.
Article 10: Participation fees
In the current state of offers and services and technology, it is expressly agreed that any access to the following URL: https://www.facebook.com/HabitationCSLV on the basis of a free or flat-rate connection offered by the Participant's Internet service provider, will not give rise to any reimbursement insofar as Internet access is contracted in the general interest of the Participant without the connection to the site causing any additional costs or expenses.
Article 11: Limits of liability
Participation in this game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, particularly with regard to performance or technical malfunctions, and the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation. KAZABWA (Habitation Côte sous le vent) cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the game in the event of force majeure. It is the responsibility of each Participant to take appropriate measures to protect his/her own data and/or software stored on his/her computer equipment against any attack. The connection of any person to the Internet and participation in the game is under the sole responsibility of the Participant. It is specified that neither Instagram nor Facebook are partners in the games and therefore cannot be held responsible in the event of any difficulty relating to them.
Article 12: Intellectual property
The reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements making up the competition are prohibited.
Article 13: Availability of payment
The rules can be consulted free of charge at any time via the online link on the competition post.
They may be amended by KAZABWA (Habitation Côte sous le vent), in accordance with the conditions set out. It will come into force as soon as it is put online, and all participants will be deemed to have accepted it simply by participating in the game, from the date the modification comes into force. Any participant refusing to accept the modification(s) must cease to take part in the competition.
Article 14: Applicable law
These rules are governed by French law. If it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever in the participation in the game and / or the determination of the winner KAZABWA (Habitation Côte sous le vent) reserves the right to cancel the game and reserves the right not to award the prize to (x) fraudster (s) and to prosecute before the competent courts the perpetrators of fraud.
